Great! Once you finish booking an adventure with us you will receive a confirmation email with the waivers required to do the activity. Please make sure that each participant signs their own waiver before heading out to our location.

We urge everyone to arrive at least 15-20 minutes before their scheduled time to complete the check-in process. *Keep in mind that there is often traffic as we are located in a busy touristic area. Make sure to plan your day accordingly to arrive on time.

No, we do not offer transportation to our location. No, there is no designated parking for our location. * The most common method of this is to park along the curb in the area around the beach, making sure to obey all local parking and traffic laws. Otherwise, there are some parking lots in the area that you can pay for a day’s spot in. After arriving, you will have to make your way to our beach stand on foot.

Our beach stand is located in Isla Verde Beach, directly on the sand behind the Fairmont el San Juan Hotel and the Máre St. Clair Hotel. Some helpful reference points for Taxi/Uber drop-offs are: • La Playita Hotel. • Sandra’s Point. We are a blue beach stand with yellow flags on top, located directly behind the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel on the beach.

For online bookings, we require each reservation party to bring the credit card that was used to make the payment for the adventure, as well as a valid photo ID of the person whose card was used. These documents are only needed to verify the transaction during the check-in process. If the reservation party does not have these documents upon arrival, they will not be able to participate in the activity as these are required to complete the check-in process (as stated in our reservation policies).

Yes, our crew will provide a small storage crate for personal items (such as phones, wallets, keys, sunglasses, etc.) to keep your belongings safe and dry.

Yes, though how much depends on the activity. Everyone that goes on an adventure with us is fitted with a US Coast Guard Certified life jacket to ensure their safety. *Wear something you will be comfortable with in the water (namely swimsuits, water shoes, quick-dry clothes). We are on the beach and you are going on a watersports adventure, so be prepared to get wet at some point during the course of your activity. We do not allow phones on the banana boat.

Yes, as long as you send us a written email request for your change or cancellation, at least 12 hours prior to your reservation.
